Sr. Account Manager
• Develop and produce the submission for client renewals and new business
• Assist the Account Executive in the marketing process including developing the renewal strategy and creation of the proposal
• Place standard coverages with limited assistance
• Produce and provide to the client all documents needed at after the renewal or coverage changes (binders, invoices, certificates, auto ID cards, posting notices, etc)
• Follow up on policy and endorsement issuance and check for accuracy upon receipt
• Create policy summaries
• Determine premium allocation (if necessary)
• Manage the open items list
• Assist in the development of client service plans and stewardship report
• Resolve client questions regarding coverage and process any coverage changes
• Review client contracts as needed for certificate issuance
• Resolve all premium accounting discrepancies and monitor the Accounts Receivable
• Maintain complete, accurate and organized client files
• All other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
• Minimum of five years insurance experience with medium to large risk management accounts.
• Two years of college or professional designations or additional insurance experience
• Proficient in Word and Excel
• Working knowledge of PowerPoint
• Ability to handle complex accounts with minimum amount of supervision
• Current solicitors license or ability to obtain a license
